(Sleeps up to 6) This lovely apartment is set amidst beautifully manicured communal grounds and pool It has its own front garden with established trees and shrubs. Inside the apartment is bright and spacious and has been furnished to a very good standard. The lounge has a comfortable leather 3 seater sofa and armchair with coffee table and matching wall unit and a mini hi fi system. The property also has a wide screen television with numerous UK channels. Sliding doors from the lounge openout onto the front garden where an external table and chairs are provided together with a barbecue. The open kitchen accessed through an archway is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher and microwave. Numerous blue flag rated beaches all along the nearby coastline. Activities in the area include go-karts, golf and water sports. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 25 minutes.

This is a very nice property in a good location for just staying put and enjoying the peace and quiet and all that the property has to offer or taking advantage of all that his part of the Costa Blanca has to offer.
