This property is located close to the popular Villa Martin Golf Club and Plaza which offers the visitor a vast choice of restaurants and bars to meet all tastes. There is also a supermarket, some banks and other shops in the plaza. The plaza is just over 1km walking distance and there are few other restaurants less than half a kilometre away.

The property is situated at the end of a no through road so does not suffer from passing traffic.

The house overlooks the communal pool and green area surrounding it.  

The property has off road parking and a small a garden area together with a covered terrace on the ground floor

Inside, the living area offers plenty of seating with 2 comfortable sofas plus a leather sofa bed and 2 matching arm chairs. Other furnishings include a coffee table and matching wall unit.There is hot and cold air conditioning in the living area.   The television has a system  which provides Dutch, German and Spanish channels, soem English news channels and a number of radio channels. A DVD player is also provided.

The open American style kitchen is fully fitted and includes a breakfast bar and 4 stools. It is equipped with an oven & hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a toaster and kettle together with all the necessary cooking equipment, and everything the guest needs for a full self catering experience.

Upstairs the main bedroom has 2 single beds a bedside table ,fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Sliding doors lead out on the first floor terrace.

The second bedroom also has 2 single beds, bedside table,fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

All the necessary bedding is provided.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided.

There is a roof top solarium up on the next level which does have a view of the sea and ideal for those who like to make the most of the sunshine.

The Location: Situated close to the Villa Martin Plaza and only 10 minutes drive from the typically Spanish town of San Miguel which like most towns in the area has its weekly street market which is ideal for bargain hunters and those who want to try out their Spanish. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.
