SPECIAL OFFERS: Loma Golf, Villa Martin (Sleeps 4) This detached villa is on the Loma Golf urbanisation close to Villa Martin in a small quiet cul de sac. The villa overlooks the communal pool and with no through traffic this is an ideal environment for families with children. The pool also has a children’s section for safe bathing. The garden has been gravelled and planted with traditional Meditteranean shrubs and plants and of course a palm tree. There is a brick built BBQ in the garden together with a water feature and ceramic seat. On the covered terrace there is an external table and 6 chairs which overlooks the communal pool. Inside, the property has bright and open living area with 2 comfortable sofas. The television benefits from a UK package which offers all the UK terrestrial channels and a good number of sky channels including Sky sports and movies. A DVD and VCR are also provided. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and the living area has hot and cold air conditioning. For the cooler months there are also electric wall mounted heaters which are very effective. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and for the more domesticated guest an iron and ironing board and even a vacuum cleaner. A rear door leads from the kitchen into the garden where the BBQ is located. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobes and a wall heater. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and a wall heater. The roof top solarium is accessed by an external staircase and also has a covered area which provides much welcome shade in the main summer months. The solarium is very private and has an external table and chairs, washing lines, hose pipe and even a distant sea view. This property is centrally located providing easy access by car to 3 local golf courses, shops bars and restauarants and an almost endless choice of beaches. With access to the coast road and the motorway, anyone choosing this property will have the choice of 2 airports with Alicante only 45 minutes away and Murcia 25 minutes away to the south.
The bathroom has a bath with over head shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin.
