Lovely communal pool and underground parking. Within walking distance of supermarket. local shops, bars and restaurant. Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and even more beaches. The closest beach is Campaomor and is always worth a visit. Other activities in the local area include horse riding and tennis. For the kids there is a very good go kart circuit on the N332. It is also a good location if you fancy hiring a bike and taking advantage of the easy riding canal system that links many of the local towns. The nearest town is San Miguel de Salinas and has a very Spanish feel to it and naturally has its street market once a week. For those who prefer a more vibrant atmosphere then there is the town of Torrevieja and even closer “The Strip ” at Cabo Roig as it is referred to locally has a huge choice of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. This new apartment is bright and airey and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning throughout. The living area is furnished with a sofa,relaxer chair, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and has a serving hatch into the dining area. Equipment includes an oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, airer, iron and ironing board. All the necessary cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery, crockery etc are provided. The bedrooms both have 2 single beds, bedside tables and lamps and fitted wardrobes. The sofa in the lounge also forms into a bed. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. All the necessary bedding, bath and hand towels are provided. A useful store cupboard is located just inside the front door where the boiler is fitted. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto an exceptionally large rear terrace which provides a great private area to relax and is a very safe and secure environment for children. An external table and chairs are also provided.
