(Sleeps up to 6 with sofa bed) Special Offers Located close to Villa Martin Golf Club and the main plaza (15 minutes walk away)where there are many restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes plus a supermarket, shops, a doctor and banks. There are 2 other golf courses only 5 minutes drive away and for beach lovers there are countless options only a short drive away. The apartment is bright and airey and nicely furnished with a spacious living area. The lounge has a double sofa bed,and arm chair, coffee table, wall unitwith TV and a dining table and 4 chairs . A digital television service is installed providing UK terrestrial channels plus many other channels including movies and sport. Double sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the large terrace where there is a table and 4 chairs ideal for summer meals. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster and kettle , All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. The washing machine is located in the utility area leading from the rear of the kitchen. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided. The full family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, side table and fitted wardrobes. All bedding is supplied. Both bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning which are metered and free standing fans are also supplied. The property also comes with 4 beach chairs ,a cool box and parasols. La Zenia beach ionly 10 to 15 minutes away by car is the closest but there are many more in both directions. There is nice communal pool for use with the apartment. There are also a number of other bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and there is a bowls club and horse riding close by. The owners do not allow smoking in the apartment. This is a nice property in a quiet location but close enough to the amenities to make them accessible. A car would be recommended although if you are only planning to venture further afield a few times, then there is a local bus service and local radio taxi service which may suffice. A welcome pack will be supplied on arrival Situated 45 minutes south of Alicante airport and 25 minutes north of Murcia, makes this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer.
