The living area has a L- shaped sofa with useful lift up storage and extending seating which can offer additional comfort and provides a good sized single bed if required, ideal for a child or youth. The dark wood furniture theme runs throughout the apartment and provides a more traditional Spanish feel to it. A TV unit houses the flat screen TV and DVD player. The TV benefits from Spanish television. A matching coffee table is also provided. The lovely dining table has 4 chairs and is ideally located next to the kitchen entrance. There is also a hot and cold air conditioning unit in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a an oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave oven.
