This lovely detached villa located in the hills above San Miguel de Salinas benefits from spectacular views of the surrounding countryside , mountains, salt lakes and the sea. The design of the villa allows all rooms to enjoy these views and in particular the living area with floor to ceiling windows. Outside there is plenty of garden space with plants and shrubs and off road parking. There are also 2 terraces, one from the living area, and the second on the first floor accessed from the bedroom and landing. Inside the living area is bright and spacious and with a feature fireplace. Currently furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs plus an additional 2 chairs if required, a wall unit and a 3 seater leather sofa . A UK TV system is provided and there will be a flat screen television, DVD and a portable CD/ radio stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Other essential equipment includes a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and for the really domesticated a vacuum cleaner. All the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery etc are provided for the full self catering experience. The ground floor bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, w.c and bidet. There are also 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor and both have 2 single beds, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table with mirror, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe and en suite. The en-suite has a shower, w.c and wash hand basin.    

All the necessary bedding and towels are provided. The lovely communal pool is close to hand next to the villa.

The owner has also provided 2 sets of golf clubs and 2 sets of woods for bowls which may be used by guest at no extra charge. There are a number of golf courses on this part the Costa Blanca with a choice of 3 only 10 minutes away by car. One of the courses offers a discounted green fee for 2 people for guests staying at this property.

The local bowls club only a few minutes drive away offers Winter terms on Wednesday and Friday afternoons of €7.00 for 18 ends for non members. Ideally located central to the local town of San Miguel de Salinas with plenty of shops, restaurants, banks and a 2 chemists, one of which opens 7 days a week. Villa Martin in the other direction has a popular plaza where there are enough restaurants to cater for all tastes plus banks, a supermarket and other shops. The beach is 15 minutes away by car. Alicante airport is around a 45 minute drive and murcia about 30 minutes to the south. This property will be available for holiday rentals and longer term rentals will be considered. Ideal for anyone looking for a property in a more traditional setting although remaining within a short driving of all the normal necessities.
