This 2 bed bungalow is ideally situated close to amenities and the beach which are all within walking distance. A third bedroom option is available in the self contained first floor studio. There is a local bus stop is at the end of the road and the main town of Pilar de la Horadada is only a short drive away. The property is in quiet road an established area with a good number of permanent residents. The local pool is situated across the road where they have a lovely pool and sunbathing area, tennis and a poolside bar and restaurant. This is available to anyone for a small entrance fee. The bungalow benefits from a lovely secluded front garden with off road parking. property imageConifers line the boundaries to both sides and the garden is established with other trees and potted shrubs. The property is built on a more traditional Spanish style with wooden windows with internal shutters. There is a covered terrace to the front with an external table and chairs and a retractable sun canopy. A television with a UK system is provided together with a VCR and DVD player. A ceiling fan is fitted in the lounge. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a bar stool for use at the breakfast bar. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. All the necessary cooking equipments is provided for full self catering. A rear door in the kitchen leads out to a walled utility area where the washing machine is located in a large cupboard together with the gas boiler. Steps then lead up to the roof top solarium which overlooks the grounds of a local OAP residents home. Back inside, the bathroom has a shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided. Both bedrooms are a good size, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. Both have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, additional drawer units and bedside tables with lamps.Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted in one bedroom with a portable air con unit for the other bedroom. All the necessary bedding is provided. For the cooler months 2 oil filled radiators are provided.

For those wishing to take advantage of the third bedroom option this is situated on the first floor solarium with its own separate access. This studio has a double bed air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, fridge, microwave, separate bathroom with shower, toilet and corner vanity unit. This is optional and for anyone requiring this additional accommodation the 3 bed rates will apply for renting and the cleaning charge.

This property has much to offer and is ideally placed for anyone wanting a long term stay with essentials like the local school at Pilar de la Horadada, the Town itself which caters for everything and easy access to the main coast road and motorway. Although a car is always useful in this part of the Costa Blanca, with the bus stop and the amenities within walking distance, it would be possible to holiday or live here without one.
