There is a large communal parking area for residents use to the rear of the block and a lovely communal pool. This is a very nice apartment ideal for holidays and well located for longer term residential stays. This property is also fitted with security grills and an alarm. Location. La Cinulica is a relatively new development in the Los Altos area only a few minutes drive from the main coast road and the beach, shops, bars and restaurants at Punta Prima. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 25 minutes.
