The living area is spacious and is well equipped to cater for most needs and includes a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 comfortable sofas and a TV with digital system providing UK  terrestrial channels and a good selection of additional channels for all the family.property image Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted in the living area. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and has a oven, hob with an extractor, microwave, fridge freezer , dishwasher and washing machine. All the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery etc are provided for guests. On the ground floor there is also a shower room with wash hand basin and w.c and a bedroom. The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. Hot and cold air conditioning is also provided. The Location: Situated close to the Villa Martin area and only 10 minutes drive from the typically Spanish town of San Miguel which like most towns in the area has its weekly street market which is ideal for bargain hunters and those who want to try out their Spanish. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.
