The second bedroom on the first floor has a double bed , 2 bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. All the necessary bedding is provided together with bath and hand towels On the solarium there are 4 sun loungers. Ideal property and location for holiday and long term rental. Location Situated near to Cabo Roig in the South of Costa Blanca. Easy access to the N332 Coast Road and motorways opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. Alicante airport only 45 minutes to the north and Murcia 25 minutes to the South. This bright and airy house has been carefully furnished in a minimalist style to create both space and comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a kettle and toaster and all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery to facilitate all self catering needs. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside table with a lamp and a freestanding wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. For the cooler months 2 electric radiators are provided. Outside there is a large wooden external table with 4 chairs and a recliner.
