With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south. One of the local beaches at Campoamor.
The bathroom has a bath with over head shower, wash hand basin, w.c and bidet. An electric fan heater and oil filled radiator are provided for the cooler months.
