This modern apartment benefits from being situated in one of the most prestigious complexes that you will find anywhere. When you visitor first enters the complex they are greeted by the beautiful swimming pool which is surrounded by a well manicured grassed area with fixed natural parasols.

Further into the complex there are seating areas and a children’s play ground with safety surface. A little further into the complex and you come to the bridge which spans the ornamental lake with its waterfall and fountain. Just over the bridge and for the more energetic guest there is a choice of a tennis court or enclosed football pitch. The apartment is within a secure block which has an audio controlled door entry system linked to each apartment. Stair and lift access is then available inside for this property which is situated on the first floor. There is also a bedroom chair in this room and a door that leads out onto the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobes.
