La Siesta 1 bed first floor apartment with private roof solarium. Typical old Spanish style residential complex with lovely communal pool and nicely maintained communal areas. There is a National Park opposite with scenic surroundings including the large salt lake. The beach at Torrevieja is a 20 minute walk away or 10 minutes by bus. The bus stop is 1 2 minute walk from the apartment. Situated within walking distance from supermarkets, bank, chemist, bars and restaurants. Fully furnished, TV with English channels, fully fitted kitchen. Parking available in the near by road. The Location: Just outside the main town of Torrevieja and less than 2 km from the new Haberneras commercial centre and Carrefour. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit Torrevieja beach within walking distance. Only 40 minutes south of Alicante airport and 30 minutes north of Murcia, making this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer. The apartment has a living area with a sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs and occasional table with a Television and UK TV system. Hot and cold air conditioning is installed in the living area which serves the whole of the apartment. The open kitchen has plenty of storage space and comes with a free standing gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances including kettle and toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery and place settings. Through an arched door way there is a small hall where a very useful storage cupboard is located. From the hall you will find the double bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside drawer units with table lamps and a free standing wardrobe. All the necessary bedding is provided. The fully tiled bathroom has a wash hand basin, w.c and bath with overhead shower. The bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans and an electric radiator is provided for the cooler months. All the necessary bath towels are provided. This property also benefits from having its own very private roof solarium where lounger chairs are provided. The lovely communal pool with its distinctive bridge feature is close by.
