Property Hounds offers a comprehensive property management and rental package without lots of hidden extras that can soon add up.
We can provide a whole range of services for both the property and the individual.
Property Management
An annual management service for €330 that incorporates:
Key holding, weekly inspections, property condition updates, provision of access for services and deliveries, provision of estimates, mail monitoring, car hire estimates, Airport Transfers and tee time booking for golf.
Additional services:
Interior design and make overs
Curtain making
Painting, decorating, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, Sat TV, security grills, monitored alarm.
Furniture packages
Purchase of household items
We will publicise and promote your property and work with tried and trusted contacts.
We do not demand exclusivity. We work with owners to achieve maximum occupancy by encouraging and assisting them to promote their own property.
We only claim commission where we obtain the letting and we provide a welcome pack at no cost to owner or renter.
Provide a combined cleaning and laundry service for a fixed fee according to number of bedrooms. (E.G For a 2 bed the fee is €55)
We provide a free consultation service for owners to assist in improving property marketability.
Provide personalised information folder for each property.
Insurance
We can assist in obtaining insurance for Properties, holiday rental use, holiday insurance, car and golf insurance through a UK backed company. Click the image on the right for further details.

We offer on line booking or a traditional postal booking service.
All of our properties will be clean and presented at a very high level.
The details in the advertising reflect what the property offers.
A welcome pack will be waiting on arrival.
A Property Hounds representative will meet you at the property on arrival and will be available should you have any problems during your stay.
For the longer term tenant we will provide information and assistance from the initial booking through to the tenancy in respect to living, working and sending children to school in Spain.
