Property Management
Property Hounds offers a comprehensive management service for owners.
We offer just the one high level of service, unlike many other agents who start at a basic service and work their way up to a “Gold” standard for 3 times our annual fee.
Our philosophy is simple, provide a high quality of service from the start and keep our clients renewing their agreement with us year after year. We are not looking for short term gains that involve us having to keep finding new clients to replace those who leave disappointed after paying too much for too little.
So our annual fee is 330€, no need to look at complicated tables and options that leave you in the dark about what you will end up paying.
Property Hounds offers a comprehensive property management and rental package without lots of hidden extras that can soon add up.
We can provide a whole range of services for both the property and the individual.

Interior design and make overs
Painting, decorating, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, UK TV, security grills, monitored alarm.
Purchase of household items
Property Rental
We will publicise and promote your property and work with tried and trusted contacts.
We do not demand exclusivity. We work with owners to achieve maximum occupancy by encouraging and assisting them to promote their own property.
We only claim commission where we obtain the letting and we provide a welcome pack at no cost to owner or renter.
Provide a combined cleaning and laundry service for a fixed fee according to number of bedrooms. (E.G For a 2 bed the fee is €55)
We provide a free consultation service for owners to assist in improving property marketability.
